- Push-Ups
- Start in a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders.
- Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor, then push back up.
- Aim for 5-10 reps, adjusting the difficulty by doing knee push-ups if needed.
- Lunges
- Stand up straight, then take a step forward with one leg and lower your hips until both knees are at a 90-degree angle.
- Push back up to the start position and repeat on the other side. Do 10-12 reps on each leg.
- Plank
- Lie face down and lift your body onto your toes and forearms, keeping your body in a straight line.
